Now & Next - Southern Water's customer journey

I designed an interactive PowerPoint journey that visually contrasted Southern Water’s current, user-unfriendly customer experience with the improved version they aim to deliver. The presentation, shown to senior stakeholders, turned a complex process into an engaging visual story.
Each stage of the customer journey was illustrated and connected by a network of pipes. For the current state, the pipes were rusted, dented, and chaotically arranged which reflects the outdated experience customers face today. Switching to the future state, the design transformed: pipes became sleek, clean, and seamlessly connected, symbolising a streamlined, modern experience that’s easier to navigate and far more customer-friendly.
By combining storytelling, illustration, and interaction, the presentation helped stakeholders not just understand the journey but feel the difference.
